Valencia County Freedom Golf Tournament and Silent Auction

This is a big election year.  I know we say every year is a big election year, but this year is different.  Even the Democrats think we have a chance to win.  But we can’t do it without you.
 
Right now the party is in Fundraising mode with the Valencia County Freedom Golf Tournament to be held on Saturday, July 30th.  After the Tournament we will switch over to Get-Out-the-Vote and Voter Integrity.
 
The funds we raise via the Golf Tournament will be used to support these efforts. We will rent an office, send out texts promoting candidates, print training material, etc.

We want to thank everyone who has found a golf team, found a sponsor, and who has donated an item for the silent auction. Your efforts will make this Tournaments a success.

The Goal is to have at least 16 golf teams in the tournament.  We now have 11 teams.  Will you sign up to be a golfer?  Will you ask your friends who are golfers to sign up? The Goal is to have at least 30 sponsors.  We now have 25 sponsors. Will you become a sponsor?  Will you ask a local business to become a sponsor? The Goal is to have 30 items for the Silent Auction.  We now have 22 items. Will you look around your house for that one item that is too good to throw away and needs a new home? If you have such an item, please consider donating it to the Silent Auction.  You can do this by calling Clara Cates at 505-357-5793.

The Goal is to have a fun time at the golf tournament.  To pull this off, volunteers are needed to help set up the event, register golfers, and assist with the Silent Auction.  Will you volunteer a couple of hours to help make the golf tournament a fun time for all?
