Event Coordination - July Events

Everyone is invited to the Event Coordination meeting to be held at 6:00pm on Thursday, June 23, at La Dos Gingas restaurant (2100 Camino de Llano, Belen).

The following Events will be discussed:

• All American Celebration in Belen on July 2nd - Voter Registration Table and campaign handouts. Plan moving forward. We need volunteers

• 4th of July Parade in Los Lunas - RPVC Float and Candidate Floats - We need many, many parade walkers. Plan moving forward. We need volunteers.

• 4th of July Fireworks in Los Lunas - Artisan table to sell peanut brittle (?) and maybe campaign handouts. Plan moving forward. We need volunteers.

• Freedom Golf Tournament - July 30th - We need to know which golfers you have identified as wanting to attend the tournament. Also, who have we contacted for sponsorships and where are we on that. Plan moving forward. We need volunteers.

Please share this information with anyone else you think would be interested in finding golfers and sponsors or helping with any of the events.
